What You Need to Know 

Your current subscription is honored. Nothing changes mid-contract. At renewal, you’ll transition to the new model and choose your support tier. 

Your iCredit balance converts automatically. 1:1 to BIC. No action required. Nothing is lost. 

Your workflows are unaffected. No changes to APIs. Backwards compatibility maintained. 

You’ll be prompted to update your password. We’re unifying to one password across all your domains. Non-SSO users will set a new password on first login.
