Nanostring GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiling with DRAGEN: now available on BaseSpace™ Sequence Hub

Updated: March 31, 2021, to announce additional regions where the app has been made publicly available.

Today, we're excited to announce public availability of Nanostring GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling with DRAGEN on BaseSpace Sequence Hub. While we have been in early access since January, we are ready to open up access to customers around the globe who want to use GeoMx DSP with Illumina sequencing.

The application is available now on BaseSpace Sequence Hub in the US, and will be deployed to other global instances in Frankfurt, Germany and Sydney, Australia later this month. Edit: As of March 31, 2021, this workflow is live for users of BaseSpace Sequence Hub in the US, Europe (Frankfurt, Germany), Australia, and Canada.

Customers looking to access the app will need an active BaseSpace Sequence Hub Professional subscription. Users new to BaseSpace can open a 30-day free trial account, which will include up to 1TB of free storage and 250 promotional iCredits to get you started.
